Borélis – Cave de Bonnieux, now a century old, continues year after year to uphold the same passion shared by its winegrowers and the same commitment to offering you quality wines. As the oldest cooperative winery in the Vaucluse, the Cave is firmly looking to the future. In 2011, it undertook major works with the construction of a new storage facility and, above all, the complete renovation of its roof through the installation of photovoltaic panels. The year 2012 marked the completion of these projects and a new momentum with the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard.
