Vinification: Traditional vinification. Medium maceration (around 10 days)

Tasting comments

Color : Beautiful red color of medium intensity.
Nose : Spicy, undergrowth, red fruits (morello cherries, sour cherries).
Bouche : Easy-drinking and delicious wine. Notes of red fruits. Tannins are completely melted without any harshness.

Keeping: 2 years

Matches: Appetizers, summer salads, grilled meats.
