- Vinification: Protection of just harvested grapes against oxydation. Traditional vinification in concrete tank. Straight pressing. Cooling of must at 8° C. Must racking during 18H. Fermentation of clarified juice under low tempratures (14-16°C) after yeast add.Tangential filter filtration before the end of fermentation to keep natural sugar. Racking and blocking of malolactic fermentation.

- Color : Clear yellow with golden hues.
- Nose : Exotic fruits (apricots, lychees), honey and vanilla.
- Mouth : The slightly sweet mouth marries harmoniously the aromas of Viognier (honey, apricots) and the roasted notes brought by the breeding wood.
