Typic summer red wine. The very supple tannic structure allows to taste this red slightly refreshed. Light red wine very easy to drink. The BLACK PINOT completes our range of Mediterranean IGP (Vin de Pays). We propose here an atypical wine for the region with this 100% Burgundy grape variety.

Vinification: Traditional vinification in concrete tanks. Cold maceration before fermentation during 24 hours. Traditionnal alcoholic fermentation with daily pumping over. Aeration of musts during fermentation. Around two weeks of maceration.

Tasting comments

Color : beautiful red dress moderately intense.
Nose : red fruits (cherries) slightly woody.
Mouth : Wine smooth and fond. Notes of cherries and prunes. Tannins completely melted without any aggressiveness.

Keeping: 2 / 3 years

Matches: Lightly refreshed as an aperitif or on light meats, starters, pizzas.
