The cuvée "Révélation", AOC red Luberon aged in oak barrel, comes from the best Grenache and Syrah vineyards of the cellar. We selected old and well-trellised vines with a small grapes proportion to obtain grapes with an excellent ripeness level and a good concentration necessary to a long ageing in oak barrel.

Traditional fermentation with daily punping over, especially for Syrah. Sitrring of the lees at the end of fermentation. Maceration during 3 weeks. Blending of free run wine and first press wine. Ageing in french oak barrel during 12 months (20% of new barrel). Racking and blending of the several barrels. Fining and bottling.
Tasting comments
Color: Deeep red color.
Nose: Floral nose with notes of violet added to fine wooden hints.
Mouth: The mouth is rich and complex with wooden aromas. Good structure with tanins not too agressive and will become rounder. Promising but too young wine. Its' better to keep it 1 or 2 years before drinking.
