The cuvée "Ephémère", AOP Luberon is a first press white vinified at low temperature whith a dominant proportion of Vermentino. It's a top of range white wine,confidenciel (4000 bottles) very aromatic, to drink on aperitv or whith a summer lunch.

Rosé from straight pressing (pneumatic press).cooling of must at 8°C.work on the must before alcoolic fermantation under inert atmospher (CO2 and then nitrogen). Must racking during 18h. Fermentation of clarified juice under low temperature (14°C) afer yeast add. Draw off and blocking of malolactic fermentation.
Color : pale white with very discret gold reflets.
Nose : delicate, fruity with white fruit and mineral aroma
Bouche : Dry nose with à powerfull fruity aromatic test. good balance between fat and freshness
