Vinification: Protection of just harvested grappes against oxydation. enzymation at reception. Rosé from straight pressing (pneumatic press).cooling of must at 8°C.work on the must before alcoolic fermantation under inert atmospher (CO2 and then nitrogen). Must racking during 18h. Fermentation of clarified juice under low temperature (14°C) afer yeast add. Draw off and blocking of malolactic fermentation.

Color : pale rosé whith very discret blues reflets.
Nose : delicate, fruity whith anglish sweets aroma
Bouche : Dry nose whith à powerfull fruity aromatic test. good balance between fat and freshness
