Laurent has been the managing director of the Cave de Bonnieux since 1999. In such he puts into place and applies the directives of the Administrative Council. An Oenologist by trade, don’t go looking for him in his office during harvest time, rather, you’ll find him in the hallways of the Cave managing his staff and showing his passion for the trade.
